  • For his contributions he was awarded the honorary lifetime membership of International track  and field coaches association (ITFCA)
  • AJ’s Coach was Ken O.Bosen – Former national coach and Dronacharya – Athletics.

  • 1990 – Self training and started coaching others

1986- From Prime Minister. Rajiv Gandhi (Best athlete of the state)

1988 – Best out going student of the year from Loyola alongside Grand master Viswanathan anand.

International Medal:Bronze medal – 4 x 100 meter @ Invitation meet , inauguration of JNU stadium.

2 state awards for coaches from Honourable TN Chief minister till this point.
